When did we start allowing our taxpayer funded public servants to just arbitrarily determine without any evidence that a person is guilty of BUI. A refusal is not an admission of guilt, but they are arresting people for exercising their rights.

These are the type of cops that we dont want on the public payroll. Guys with gun scaring the hell out of tax paying citizens.
